Responsibility for linens and textiles: You are responsible for maintaining the linens, towels, blankets, mattress protectors, and other textiles in good condition. Any damage or permanent stains caused by bodily fluids, cosmetics, dyes, chemicals, or other substances that prevent their use or standard cleaning may result in an additional replacement charge, based on the market value of the affected item.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
