1.⁠ ⁠Once you have checked in at the reception desk of the Morros Morros Epic Building, you will be given a wristband that identifies you as a guest of the building. You must wear this wristband throughout your stay so that you can enter and leave the building without any problems and make use ofthe common areas of the building (swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, etc.). The cost of this wristband is 18,000 COP per person, which isincluded in the reservation price, as it is a payment made directly at the reception desk via card reader and is intended for the use and maintenance of the common areas for our guests to enjoy.

2.⁠ ⁠According to the Morros Epic Buildings Condominium Regulations, guests areallowed to receive visitors during their stay. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6, and no additional payments are permitted. Guests can only be registered until 10:00 p.m.

3. Once the reservation is confirmed, we always require the following information for each guest (including children and infants) at least 48 hours in advance: full names, type of identification, identification number, city of residence and origin, and reason for travel. This information must be sent at least 48 hours in advance and will be sent to the reception desk of the Morros Epic Building,guests will be required to present their physical identification documents (including children and infants).

4.⁠ ⁠All children andor adolescents (aged 0 to 17) who wish to enter the condominium must be accompanied by their parents or have a NOTARIZED AND AUTHENTICATED PERMISSION, with a copy of the civil registry and a photocopy of the ID cards of BOTH PARENTS, stating that the parents or guardians of the minor approve the entry of the child andor teenager as GUESTS TO THE CONDOMINIUM. Otherwise, under no circumstances will entry be permitted. (Law 679 of August 3, 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006).

5.⁠ ⁠All guest identification documents must be originals; copies or PDFs areaccepted, except in the case of digital ID cards. Please also note the following:
-Foreign passports must have the appropriate stamps.
-MERCOSUR travelers must provide their travel slip.
-Venezuelan guests can only check in with a PPT or PASSPORT.
-Driving licenses or documents other than identification documents according to nationality areaccepted.

It should be noted that CHECK-IN willproceed if the required documentation ispresented.

6.⁠ ⁠The use of a wristband is mandatory. If there is a medical condition that prevents its use, it must be duly supported.
